- Reviewed in the United States on May 19, 2010Product Packaging: Retail PackagingVerified PurchaseWe purchased this camera because friends of ours have them for their children who are a little older than our son and he always wants to play with theirs! Our son just turned 2 and loves this camera. He is not taking perfect photos by any means, but the idea that he can have his own camera that really works is thrilling for him! So far it has been very durable! He is small for his age but he can handle the camera well and hold it in the right position to take photos. Of course we supervise him well with it in the event that a small piece would come off. We are very happy with this Fisher Price toy!
- Reviewed in the United States on April 10, 2011Product Packaging: Retail PackagingVerified Purchase"Santa" brought two of these to our house this year, one for each child (three year old twins). They were always wanting to use my camera to take pictures and that sometimes made me nervous. When I saw these I thought they would be perfect for my little ones who were so into taking pictures. They are super easy for little hands to use. One complaint I have is that the pictures are pretty blurry. I think we are sacrificing some quality for durability. You have to hold VERY still to get a clear picture. Another bummer is that they didn't come with USB cords to hook to the computer, even though the site said they did when purchased. So, I haven't printed any of their pictures yet to see the quality there. The upside is that my kids LOVE them and really enjoy using them. It's a good way to start them out, I guess.

- Reviewed in the United States on February 9, 2010Product Packaging: Retail PackagingVerified PurchaseMy son has so much fun with this easy to use camera. He is almost 4 years old and quickly learned how to take pictures, then view them. He LOVES it! Also, the camera has an automatic shut-off i he leaves it on, which is very helpful. He also likes the sounds it makes when turning on/off and switching modes.
I am not impressed with the quality of the images it produces, but printing these pictures is not really what excites my son. He just likes to have them on the camera to look through.
- Reviewed in the United States on June 30, 2012Product Packaging: Retail PackagingThe camera has over-sized features and is covered in rubber, making if easy and safe for a child to operate. My 3 year old daughter has no problem using the camera to take pictures.
Unfortunately, the picture quality is truly terrible: pictures will come out fuzzy with a mix of too-bright and too-washed-out colors. So while you can transfer pictures to PC, why bother?
Also there's no function to delete all the pictures, so when the camera fills up, you'll have to delete each picture individually.
That said, my daughter does like to take pictures with the camera. But in the same way she pretends to talk to people on her toy cell phone. Think of this as a toy for a young child, and not as a functional child's camera.
- Reviewed in the United States on July 30, 2010Product Packaging: Retail PackagingVerified PurchaseWe bought this camera for our 5 year old grandson. He had all the buttons figured out within a matter of minutes and even his 3 year old brother had it figured out in no time. They have enjoyed it and love taking pictures with the camera. And it has been dropped, accidently and in tugs of war over it. Still wo rks great!
- Reviewed in the United States on March 16, 2011Product Packaging: Retail PackagingBought this camera for my son for Christmas, broke the first month, just stopped working. Also there is no delete all function, you must keep pushing two buttons through 90 pictures, get old quick. He did have fun with it while it worked. Called FP and because I did not still have my receipt they refused to help me. This product is to expensive to have no product support. I would pass it up!
- Reviewed in the United States on February 10, 2010Product Packaging: Retail PackagingVerified PurchaseMy kid loves this camera.
Easy to use. Looks and feels durable.
Downside: Batteries run out quickly; Not very good resolution.
I had a choice between a "toy" camera and a "real" camera. I went for this and I think within the "toy category I made the right choice. However probably my 4 year old was ready for a "real" camera.

5.0 out of 5 stars Sehr kindgerechte, einfach zu bedienende Kinderkamera!
Product Packaging: Retail PackagingVerified PurchaseDiese Kinderkamera hält, was sie verspricht!

4.0 out of 5 stars Mon fils de 4 ans a adoré !

4.0 out of 5 stars Extrem robuste **Spielzeug**-Kamera

4.0 out of 5 stars Great and robust, but eats batteries!
Product Packaging: Retail PackagingVerified PurchaseMy 3 year old son loves his camera. He finds it easy to take photos and has even stared to delete ones he doesn't think are good enough! The camera is extremely robust, it has been thrown around a bit and the rubberised casing protects it really well. The only real negaive thing I can think of about this product is that it tends to eat batteries, so make sure you have some rechargeable ones handy!
